Medical Grade Sealers are designed for sealing pouches or bags containing sterile or disposable instruments and are subsequently sterilized after being packaged. These products include disposable surgical devices or kits, I. V. bags, medicine draping, bandages and gauze, etc.  Sterilization processes include gas steam or irradiation.  Packaging materials varies from poly (for dust covers for bulk shipment) to Tyvek™/ Mylar™ sterile pouches. Tyvek™ is a special material that allows transmission of gas or steam to pass through the bag and sterilize the contents, but will provide an oxygen barrier.

Doboy’s Medical Grade Sealers assure consistent and reliable sealing by satisfying the three sealing requirements: dwell time, pressure and temperature and include band breakage, misplaced product, high product and vision systems to inspect seal quality and position. All Doboy machines have the capability to send a visual or audible alarm to indicate a condition, which is out of parameter.
