Overview
The CBS-M-B is a validatable medical sealer designed for high-speed, large volume band sealing applications or heavy-gauge, difficult-to-seal pouches. It is the ideal medical band sealer for full scale packaging production applications. The CBS-M-B medical heat sealer is mounted horizontally to seal medical pouches that are either hand or automatically fed.

Facts
- Independently controlled air pressure for each section - heating, cooling and compression - to provide precise pressure control for medical packaging.
- Special band sealer carrier belts ensure a durable seal. Non-marking timing belts are utilized to securely grip the bag, while the spring-loaded belt guides provide uniform sealing pressure.
- A precision digital temperature control is supplied for each heat bar and one for the cooling section to assure precise control of all temperature parameters.
- All bag sealing parameters are monitored and are validatablefor medical validation. Electronic interface will provide both visual and audible alarms if preset set points are exceeded. This provides absolute assurance that only acceptable packages are being provided.
